The start date of the services indicated above is provisional. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for on the basis of unit prices. The Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccien (CAPA) is the Mobility Organizing Authority within its territory. It organizes several mobility services, including the Muvistrada bus network, the Muvimare maritime shuttle, and the ANGELO cable transport system. The purpose of this contract is to select a service provider responsible for carrying out, on behalf of the CAPA, quality control campaigns for the mobility services mentioned above. The controls may be scheduled in periodic waves or initiated on an ad hoc basis by service order Procedure: open.
