Opportunity description

The purpose of the procurement procedure is: The rental, installation and removal of lightweight structures (tents, panels and barriers) that will be used for events organized by the City of Nice (Nice Jazz Festival, Carnival...). This procurement procedure is launched under the following procedure: Open invitation to tender - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Framework agreement with purchase orders: - Minimum amount: 90,000.00 euros. - Maximum amount: 1,400,000.00 euros. Value in euros excluding tax. Administration's estimate excluding tax: €461,073.35 (established for a period of 12 months). Duration (excluding renewals): 12 months. Number of possible renewals: 3.
