France – Installation services of machinery and equipment – Integration of a parcel sorter for the Vitrolles delivery platform (PPDC)

Opportunity description

NEOLOG has acquired a BOWE-brand sorter whose specifications are detailed below. NEOLOG wishes to have this technical solution integrated with a view to automating its Multi-flow PPDC platform (PPDC MF = Multi-Flow preparation and distribution platform) and the last-mile sorting of parcels in TG3 (fine sorting intended for final delivery personnel) for the needs of the La Poste Group. The sorter must have an operational throughput of between 5500 and 6,500 items/hour from end to end, from injection to output ejection. The sorter may operate up to 20h per day and 6 days/7. The contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 Reassembly and rewiring of the sorter and outputs; lot 2: preparation for the integration of the sorter; lot 3: additional preparation for the integration of the sorter. The maximum amount of the dossier is €1,700,000 excluding VAT. The reassembly and rewiring of the sorter and outputs is broken down into different phases that are the subject of lot 1: - Reassembly and rewiring of the sorter and outputs identically to the existing installation and according to the final plan - Replacement of worn and/or defective parts - Swapping the locations of the injectors. The envisaged number of contractors for this lot is 1. The maximum of the framework agreement is set at amount over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods. The offer validity period is one year. Preparation for the integration of the sorter is broken down into different phases that are the subject of lot 2: Replacement of the sorter PLC, update of the sorter configuration (shortening of the sorter, reduction of the number of chutes, swapping of injector/chutes), optimization of sorter performance and guarantee of sorter performance: The objective of this optimization is to make this push sorter more efficient and more flexible to use: • Increase the sorter operating speed from 1m/s to at least 1.2m/s to achieve the expected operating performance: • Swap the parcel injection zone with the chute zone located opposite it in order to reposition the injection zone before the 180° curve rather than after it, and on the correct side of the sorter to allow connection to the unloading docks - Integration of the new 5-sided reading tunnel with interfaces (Mechanical, automation and communication). The envisaged number of contractors for this lot is: 1 contractor. The offer validity period must be one year. Written and oral project communications will be conducted exclusively in French. These additions are broken down into different phases that are the subject of lot 2: - Supply as new of the telescopic conveyors, infeed lines, injectors, scales at the injectors, support structures - Guarantee of performance and injection quality on the sorter - Integration of 6th-side reading (underside) at the 3 injectors with interfaces (Mechanical, automation and com).
