Opportunity description

The services expected under this contract include: The supply, installation and maintenance of a new IP telephony environment (softphony); Migration from the current Alcatel infrastructure to the new solution; support for the evolution of the Kiamo solution; provision of maintenance services for the Kiamo solution. This is a composite framework agreement. The “ordinary contract” part concerns the following services: Maintenance and implementation of the softphony and Kiamo environment. The “framework agreement with purchase orders” part concerns the following services: Project services for the development of applications implemented according to the Office’s development needs.
