The purpose of this contract is the design, supply, transport, installation, rental for an estimated period of 24 months, maintenance and removal of a set of modular buildings intended to temporarily accommodate the football and rugby activities of the Val de l'Aurence stadium, rue Jules-Ladoumègue - Limoges. The contracting authority specifies that the limits of the installation services up to the commissioning of the structures are indicated in the CCTP. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
