Opportunity description

The procurement procedure used is: the open tender procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts, where applicable. Each lot will be awarded separately.
