Opportunity description

Subscription to insurance contracts for the needs of the UEM Group, including all its current and future subsidiaries, upon expiry of all insurance programs ending on 31/12/2026 at midnight. The presentation of the needs to be covered is provided in the attachment. The consultation is open to direct insurers, co-insurers represented by a lead insurer (joint grouping under the conditions provided for in Article R 2142-20 of the Public Procurement Code), and insurance intermediaries (general agents and brokers). Pursuant to Articles L.310-1 and L.511-1 of the Insurance Code, the practice of the profession is strictly reserved for insurance companies and/or insurance intermediaries. Intermediaries (brokers) must indicate, in descending order of priority, the insurance organizations they intend to approach for each lot for which they are applying. Each selected intermediary will be granted by UEM an exclusive mandate to assess and place each lot with the insurance company or companies selected and assigned at UEM's discretion.
