The purpose of the contract is the subscription of insurance contracts. It is awarded for a period of 5 years and is divided into 5 lots: Motor Vehicle Risks, Property Damage Risks, Liability Risks, Legal Protection of the Department and functional protection of Employees and Elected Officials, All-Risk Exhibitions and All-Risk Works of Art. The purpose of these Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) is to define the conditions of coverage for risks associated with the use of vehicles in connection with the insured's activities. It aims to cover damage that may affect the vehicles comprising the motor vehicle fleet, as well as liabilities that may arise from their use. the conditions of coverage for damage that may affect property used, operated or entrusted in connection with the insured parties' activities. conditions of coverage for the insured's liability in its capacity as a legal entity governed by public law.
