This consultation concerns the establishment of a participation agreement pursuant to Decree 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, for the supplementary social protection of employees who have expressed their wish to participate. The agreement will be concluded for a period of six years from 1 January 2027. It may be extended on grounds of public interest for a period not exceeding 1 year and will end no later than 31 December 2033. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,290,000 EUR.
