The purpose of this consultation is to establish automobile assistance services for vehicles and persons for La Poste and its subsidiaries in France. The processing of La Poste Group data must imperatively be carried out within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Commission with regard to data protection. La Poste wishes to engage a service provider for Automobile Assistance services for company and service vehicles (excluding operational vehicles), 2-wheel, 3-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles used by employees of La Poste and its subsidiaries in France. The services notably cover Assistance in the event of a breakdown, accident or theft, Assistance for persons (driver and passengers), as well as the provision of a replacement vehicle.
