Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is to award a terrestrial liability insurance contract for Groupe ADP and its subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries as of January 1, 2027. The purpose of this consultation is to appoint the lead insurer for the 'terrestrial' (non-aviation) liability insurance program of Aéroports de Paris and certain of its subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries registered in France. The contract consists of several policies (7 to date), which will be awarded to a single contractor: • Terrestrial Liability of Aéroports de Paris; • Operating Liability of CDGVAL and LISA; • Organizer's Liability of Aéroports de Paris and its subsidiaries; • Liability of the subsidiaries: ADP International, Campus Extime and Hologarde; • Liability of the IT subsidiaries: Hub One, Hub One Datatrust, ID-Services, Wifi Métro and Sysdream; • Personal Liability of expatriates.
