The purpose of this consultation is the award of insurance contracts on behalf of Régie Eau Coeur Essonne. This consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is divided into 4 lots. Depending on the lots, the contract is at unit prices or a lump-sum price. This price is subject to revision under the conditions indicated in the contract documents. The duration of the contract is set at five (5) years from 1 January 2027. The estimated amount of the contract for each lot is given for its total duration and for purely indicative purposes.
