France – Insurance services – INSURANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE MEMBER ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE HAUTE-BRETAGNE GHT

Opportunity description

This consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The consultation is divided into 6 lots: Lot 1: “Property damage and related risks” insurance — Centre Hospitalier La Roche aux Fées de Janzé; Lot 2: “Motor vehicle fleet and related risks” insurance — Centre Hospitalier La Roche aux Fées de Janzé and Centre Hospitalier Saint Jean de La Guerche de Bretagne; Lot 3: “Legal protection” insurance — Centre Hospitalier La Roche aux Fées de Janzé and Centre Hospitalier Saint Jean de La Guerche de Bretagne; Lot 4: “Liability for research involving human subjects” insurance — Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Rennes; Lot 5: “Assistance – Repatriation” insurance — Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Rennes; Lot 6: “All risks of damage to IT and electronic equipment and equipment in operation” insurance — Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Rennes. For Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, this is an ordinary contract. For Lot No. 4, the services are covered by a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, with a maximum of €50,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the contract.
