The candidate must propose “all risks except” coverage. The amount of coverage may not be less than €10,000,000 for all damages combined and €3,000,000 for consequential material and immaterial damages. Its tender must provide coverage for all the principal liabilities borne by the policyholder. The policyholder wishes to establish a “Vehicle fleet” insurance contract to cover its entire fleet of vehicles owned by it, entrusted to it or leased by it, as well as certain associated risks. The candidate must comply with the structure of the coverage, the age and category of the vehicle, as well as the amount of the deductibles for accidental damage. Procedure: open.
