Opportunity description

The purpose of the contract is to entrust an insurance professional with: The management of the following insurance policy: o Single lot: General civil liability The placement of risks at 100%, And an advisory and support assignment. The contract consists of a single lot defined as follows: o Single lot: General civil liability Subject to the provisions relating to termination of the contract set out in the CCAP, the contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from January 1, 2027. The contract will take effect on 01/01/2027, with the option for either party to terminate it on January 1, subject to 6 (SIX) months' notice in accordance with the conditions set out in the CCAP. The contract will end no later than midnight on 31/12/2030. No mandatory variant is requested. Free technical, administrative and financial variants are permitted.
