The Municipality of Saint-Chamond wishes to establish a framework agreement enabling it to put out to competition the provision of its electronic communications services covering the following services: Site interconnection services, Internet connection services, SIP Trunk telephony services, Associated supplementary services. This Contract is awarded according to the open tender procedure. Pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-3 and R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, this consultation will result in a mixed, single-award framework agreement, involving purchase orders and subsequent contracts, with no minimum and with a maximum.
