This contract concerns the provision of a privileged account management security solution (PAM: Privileged Access Management), maintenance, support and associated services. It includes: - The provision of a PAM software package solution - Maintenance and technical support for the Solution - Expertise - Training The Contract concerns the provision of a PAM solution (Privileged Access Management / Privileged Account Management), maintenance, support and associated services. This Contract consists of a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The contract tranches are as follows: *Firm Tranche (TF): - Granting of rights to use a PAM software package, documentation, updates, and associated maintenance and support for 1,000 users and 50,000 managed resources (assets) *Optional purchase-order tranche No. 1 (TO1): - Granting of rights to use additional modules of a PAM software package, and associated maintenance and support - Expertise services - Training - Reversibility (2 months) Procedure: neg-w-call.
