DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WEB PORTFOLIO, SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION, PERFORMANCE AND UX STUDY This lot concerns web portals and satellite information systems (SaaS solutions). This set forms the foundations of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region’s web strategy. These portals, which have stringent technical development requirements, require a very high level of expertise. They are portals used primarily for institutional communication and the implementation of services based on internal business tools. These portals are intended for the general public but may also have authenticated uses (extranet). Selected to optimize content visibility (search engine optimization and indexing), acquire traffic and evaluate performance, the contractor will be called upon for specific needs. It must provide its technical and strategic expertise, particularly through audits or technical deliverables for portal design, content production and reporting needs. Through this lot, the Region wishes to engage a contractor capable of supporting it in studying its target audiences and their behavior, as well as in creating and auditing its user interfaces and conducting quality audits of its relationship with users. The Communications Directorate centralizes digital requests from the various directorates of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. The contractor will handle the development of website projects of so-called simple or medium complexity and within the so-called popular scope (WordPress CMS, development using major frameworks—e.g.: Symfony). These projects are generally applied to needs for a one-off event or recurring programs requiring a history of the various editions. Procedure: open.
