Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is the provision, deployment, hosting and maintenance of a SaaS-based public procurement management solution for the City of Marseille. The solution must enable management of the entire public procurement lifecycle, from the preparation of procedures to monitoring their execution, while ensuring interoperability with the local authority’s existing tools, traceability of actions and simplification of management processes.
