Opportunity description

The initial consultation No. 24311 concerned all routine maintenance work in common areas and/or the refurbishment of vacant or occupied housing within PARTENORD Habitat's property portfolio; the services were divided into 89 lots determined by technical trade and subdivided into geographical lots corresponding to the territories, with the exception of certain lots whose scope covers PARTENORD Habitat in its entirety. This procedure concerns only lot No. 23, relating to wood and PVC joinery services, which is not being renewed at the end of its firm period, set to run until 31 December 2026. This lot will be covered by a multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded for a firm period of 24 months from its notification date. The estimated amount indicated below applies to the total duration of the framework agreement, namely 24 months. This lot concerns wood and PVC joinery services in the South 2 territory.
