Opportunity description

Purchasing group formed between the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM) and the CMAS of Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP). The City of Troyes performs the functions of coordinator of the group. Each member of the group, insofar as it is concerned, will perform the framework agreement in its own name. This framework agreement concerns the acquisition of professional catering and laundry equipment (reheating oven, cold room, cooking range, dishwasher, gas tilting frying pan, washing machine and tumble dryer, etc.) for the City of Troyes, the Municipal Social Action Centre (CMAS) of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM). This is solely the relaunch of lot No. 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment, which was discontinued by decision D2026/0060 due to the redefinition of the need and the modification of the consultation documents before reopening competition. Lot No. 2 was awarded during the previous consultation. Provisional notification date for lot 1: October 2026. Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount for each member of the group: - Lot 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment (Annual maximum amount: City of Troyes 500 000 excluding tax / TCM 80 000 excluding tax / CMAS 50 000 excluding tax) - Lot 2 Professional laundry equipment (Annual maximum amount: City of Troyes 50 000 excluding tax / TCM 20 000 excluding tax / CMAS 10 000 excluding tax).
