Opportunity description
This consultation is being organized with a view to concluding a public supply contract for the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, qualification, user training, and maintenance of automated slide imaging platforms intended for the research activities of the Fondation Méditerranée Infection. The equipment must meet the needs of the Foundation's scientific platforms in the field of the analysis, production, and automated imaging of biological preparations on slides. In particular, depending on the lots, it must cover production and quantitative fluorescence analysis needs, as well as the needs for automated digital imaging of slides in brightfield, fluorescence, and very high resolution, applied in particular to histological, cytological, and serological preparations. The proposed solutions must guarantee a high level of analytical and optical performance, reproducibility, reliability, automation, interoperability, and sustainability, while enabling their integration into the Foundation's existing scientific and technical workflows. The purpose of this lot is the supply, installation, qualification, training, maintenance, and support of an automated platform intended for the production of quantitative fluorescence imaging data. This lot concerns the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ qualification, training, documentation, and full maintenance for five years of an automated slide-scanning platform intended for brightfield and fluorescence research. The basic configuration includes essential functions, including an automated very-high-optical-resolution mode based on a 60× high-numerical-aperture objective, or an objectively equivalent solution demonstrating at least equivalent effective resolution. The PSE are reserved for capacity extensions, additional objectives or optical modes, 10×, high-resolution 40×, usable 100×, polarization, the fifth color, multi-format holders, furniture, and additional software modules. Future major versions of the main software are covered by a LOG-07 declaration and do not constitute a fixed-price PSE when they are not yet commercially available. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
