France – Laboratory reagents – Supply of serology reagents for the Alsatian Analysis Laboratory

This procedure concerns the supply of serology reagents for the Alsatian Analysis Laboratory (L2A) in order to carry out various analyses. The range of investigations carried out by L2A covers a broad spectrum, ranging from public service missions as part of official controls at the request of public authorities (increased surveillance of wild animals and livestock farms in connection with diseases deemed legally contagious). As part of improving the health situation of the CEA (a plan to combat certain diseases when animals are introduced into livestock farms and a plan to combat spontaneous abortions in collaboration with livestock farmers and professional organizations), the laboratory must guarantee the reliability and continuity of its diagnoses. This framework agreement therefore aims to secure the regular supply of reagents necessary to carry out these missions.
