Opportunity description

On behalf of the Syndicate, the contractor carries out the technical, administrative, legal and financial controls of the performance of the public service delegation contract for the operation of the UVE and of all related instruments. To this end, it must have excellent knowledge of the contractual clauses established between the Syndicate and the operator of the UVE. It advises the Syndicate on the measures to be taken to bring the contract services into compliance and improve them. The contractor is in direct contact with the operator of the Lunel-Viel UVE, which owes the Syndicate, and therefore the project management assistant it appoints, all monitoring information. The contractor formalizes requests for the communication of information and records in writing all shortcomings, whether temporary (failure to communicate an item) or contractual (failure to achieve the objectives). The contractor advises the Syndicate on the action to be taken, tailoring the response to the issue at stake. All deviations from the regulations and contractual provisions are the subject of a descriptive note for the attention of the Syndicate, accompanied by a proposed correspondence that the Syndicate may send to the operator.
