The consultation concerns: The acquisition of ergonomic bag-holder carts intended for road workers responsible for cleaning and sweeping the public roads of the metropolitan territory. This consultation also provides for the purchase of spare parts to ensure the maintenance of these carts. This consultation is launched according to the following procedure: Open invitation to tender – Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. Administration estimate excluding tax: €62,128.49 (established for a period of 1 year). Framework agreement with purchase orders: - Minimum amount: 20,000.00 Euros. - Maximum amount: 120,000.00 Euros. In value in Euros excluding tax. Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months Number of possible renewals: 3 Start of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.
