France – Lighting equipment and electric lamps – Lot T6: Supply of Self-Contained Emergency Lighting Units (BAES)

Opportunity description

This consultation concerns a single-award framework agreement whose purpose is to establish the terms governing subsequent contracts for the supply of BAES for all areas of the Line C structures (excluding the viaduct). This is a framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 950,000 euro(s) excluding tax. This contract is being relaunched following a decision to discontinue the procedure. Each operation will be the subject of a subsequent contract specifying the scope of the service, the quantities, the performance deadlines, and the duration of the subsequent contract. These subsequent contracts will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. As part of the award of this framework agreement, an initial subsequent contract will be awarded concurrently for the Line C metro construction project, SOUTH EAST sector, to the successful tenderer for the framework agreement.
