France – Luncheon vouchers – SUPPLY OF DEMATERIALIZED LUNCHEON VOUCHERS FOR MAYENNE HABITAT STAFF

Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of dematerialized luncheon vouchers with a face value of €9.00 for Mayenne Habitat staff. Mayenne Habitat wishes to benefit from the provisions relating to the dematerialization of luncheon vouchers introduced by Decree No. 2014-294 of March 6, 2014 relating to dematerialized luncheon vouchers and from the advantages resulting from such dematerialization. This solution allows beneficiaries to pay, up to the maximum daily amount set by Article R. 3262-10 of the Labor Code, all or part of the price of a meal consumed or purchased from a network of affiliated providers (restaurants, equivalent food-service establishments, and fruit and vegetable retailers) that can accept luncheon voucher cards in France and are equipped with a payment terminal. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular the following services: - Production and delivery of dematerialized luncheon voucher cards to Mayenne Habitat's headquarters, - Online ordering of luncheon vouchers by Mayenne Habitat via an extranet-type website, - Monthly loading of each employee's card with the dematerialized luncheon vouchers ordered, - Associated services.
