France – Machine tools – Supply of tooling products

Opportunity description

The CEA is organizing an open tender procedure for the supply of tooling products for all CEA centers. The framework agreement will be awarded to two contractors and will be performed as purchase orders are issued. The services are as follows: - supply and delivery of tooling products; - monitoring of the agreement, including participation in meetings; - management of paperless and electronic catalogs; - pre-sales and after-sales service; - provision of detailed statistical reports. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and therefore includes no commitment regarding the volume of services to be performed. The ceiling amount of this agreement is set at 13,500,000 euros excluding tax over a period of 4 years. Accordingly, the cumulative value of the services for all contractors may not exceed this ceiling amount. Supply of the following products (non-exhaustive list): - machine tools, workshop machinery and machining accessories; - hand tools, portable power tools, pneumatic tools, automotive tools, miscellaneous tools, as well as grinding wheels and abrasives; - hardware, bolts and screws, fastening and locking systems, latches and locks, structural components and industrial materials; - adhesives, glues, resins, sealants and their accessories; - transmission and mechanical connection components, bearings and bearing housings, as well as lubricants and greases; - hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, connectors and fittings, valves, pumps and compressors; - lifting and handling equipment; - energy equipment, particularly generator sets; - inspection devices, measuring instruments and metrology equipment; - welding consumables, equipment and accessories; - industrial chemicals, as well as hygiene and maintenance products; - painting equipment; - storage equipment and workshop furniture, as well as ergonomics and workplace safety equipment; - building signage and safety products and equipment; - waste storage, recovery and disposal products; - workwear (excluding personal protective equipment); The ceiling amount of this framework agreement is set at the sum of €13,500,000 excluding tax (THIRTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS EXCLUDING TAX). Accordingly, the cumulative value of the services for all contractors may not exceed the maximum amount of the framework agreement. Procedure: open.
