The purpose of this contract notice is to define the conditions of the consultation relating to maintenance services, with an obligation to achieve results, for computer equipment outside manufacturer warranties and associated peripherals in the equipment fleet of CEA Grenoble, INES at Le Bourget-du-Lac, and the Regional Technology Transfer Platforms (PRTT). The contract consists of the following phases: - Firm phase with a duration of three years, - Optional phase No. 1 with a duration of one additional year. This contract is a sensitive contract within the meaning of the Order of 9 August 2021 approving Interministerial General Instruction No. 1300 on the protection of national defence secrets (IGI 1300).
