Opportunity description

The purpose of this collective consultation is: • the rental, installation and commissioning on the networks (administrative and educational) of multifunction copiers; the supply and replenishment of consumables for printing peripherals (toner, staples, drum, and other consumables, excluding paper), • automatic meter reading, • preventive and corrective maintenance of the printing systems supplied, • ongoing training and support for users, with the aim of optimizing the use of printing peripherals, • the provision and removal of containers intended for used cartridges and toners at the Establishments and Services, members of the Bartholdi Purchasing Group of Educational Establishments of the department - Alsace, the list of which is attached to the consultation dossier.
