Opportunity description

The services under this contract concern the preparation and delivery of meals using a cold-chain system for children at the micro-crèches in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif and for independent elderly persons at the MARPA in Estissac. The procurement procedure is conducted according to an adapted procedure pursuant to Articles L2123-1 and R2123-1.3° of the French Public Procurement Code (social and other specific services). In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the French Public Procurement Code, this procurement procedure is divided into lots as follows: Lot No. 1: Preparation and delivery of meals using a cold-chain system for children at the micro-crèches located in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice and Villechétif; Lot No. 2: Preparation and delivery of meals using a cold-chain system for independent elderly persons at the Saint Liébault MARPA residence located in Estissac. Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, economic operators may submit tenders for all lots. The above-mentioned lots may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted whenever a need arises through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with the following maximum amounts: Lot No. 1: For the first period: €105,000 excluding tax (from notification until 31/12/2027); In the event of renewal: €85,000 excluding tax per renewal period. Lot No. 2: For the first period: €350,000 excluding tax (from notification until 31/12/2027); In the event of renewal: €300,000 excluding tax per renewal period. The term of this contract runs from its notification date until 31 December 2027. It may be renewed twice by tacit renewal, for periods of 12 months. The public contract holder may not refuse renewal, in accordance with the provisions of Article R2112-4 of the French Public Procurement Code. In the event of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the public contract holder(s) at least one month before its expiry.
