France – Meat – Supply of quality fresh and chilled meats for public secondary schools and the Department of Vendée

The services concern the purchase and delivery (to each buyer's site) of fresh and chilled meats for catering establishments, mainly collective catering establishments. The requirement is divided into 4 lots and will concern, within a permanent purchasing group, 35 public secondary schools and the Department of Vendée, the coordinator. The services will be performed under single-award framework agreements concluded with minimum and maximum annual quantities. The first orders are tentatively planned for this summer for the 2 sites under the Department of Vendée and at the start of the school year in September 2026 for the public secondary schools. This is a framework agreement concluded for a renewable period of one year, with a minimum annual quantity of 30 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 120 tonnes (for information, it is planned in particular to order more than 26 tonnes of beef, more than 8 tonnes of veal and nearly 3 tonnes of lamb each year). This is a framework agreement concluded for a renewable period of one year, with a minimum annual quantity of 20 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 80 tonnes (for information, it is planned in particular to order more than 3 tonnes of roast meat, nearly 7 tonnes of diced meat for sautéing and more than 6 tonnes of sausages each year). This is a framework agreement concluded for a renewable period of one year, with a minimum annual quantity of 10 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 45 tonnes (for information, it is planned in particular to order more than 5 tonnes of smoked ham, more than 2 tonnes of cooked ham and nearly 5 tonnes of bacon pieces each year). This is a framework agreement concluded for a renewable period of one year, with a minimum annual quantity of 35 tonnes and a maximum annual quantity of 125 tonnes (for information, it is planned in particular to order more than 23 tonnes of chicken and guinea fowl, more than 17 tonnes of turkey and more than one tonne of duck each year).
