This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2-1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation will be conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, particularly Articles R2162-2 to R2162-6 relating to framework agreements and R2162-13 and R2162-14 specific to purchase orders. This is a framework agreement involving purchase orders, concluded with a single economic operator per lot, with an annual minimum and maximum for each member for each lot.
