Opportunity description

The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply, installation and maintenance of digital equipment and integrated audiovisual and interactive solutions for educational, collaborative and administrative uses, digital signage solutions and innovative educational equipment for the development of interdisciplinary learning under the Syndicate's Central Purchasing Body. The contract is divided into 4 separate lots: • Lot 1: Supply, installation and maintenance of digital equipment and integrated audiovisual and interactive solutions for educational, collaborative and administrative uses, including hybrid uses, concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50 000 000 euros excluding tax; • Lot 2: Supply of innovative educational equipment and support for the development of interdisciplinary learning, concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 5 000 000 euros excluding tax; • Lot 3: Supply, installation and maintenance of digital signage equipment and solutions, concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 10 000 000 euros excluding tax; • Lot 4: Supply, large-scale deployment and maintenance of fixed or mobile computer workstation equipment, including desktop computers, laptop computers, and touchscreen terminals (excluding mobile telephony), with the associated services and accessories, integrating Windows, Mac Os, Chrome OS, Android and/or Linux environments intended for the creation, renewal or standardization of workstation fleets (excluding occasional requirements in small quantities), concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 80 000 000 euros excluding tax. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from its notification date. It may then be renewed 3 times by tacit renewal for annual periods, without its total duration exceeding 4 years (maximum). Each lot contains a social inclusion clause. No negotiation will be permitted under this procedure.
