Opportunity description

This contract concerns the acquisition, installation and removal of year-end illuminations. The services are divided into 2 lots: - lot no. 1: Acquisition of year-end illuminations, - lot no. 2: Installation, maintenance and removal of year-end illuminations. Each lot will be the subject of a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded at unit prices and awarded to a single economic operator. Candidates may submit tenders for all lots. The services will be remunerated on the basis of the public prices set out in the supplier(s)' catalogue(s), to which the discount defined in the Commitment Act will be applied. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) to the quantities actually performed, and may vary within the limits set out in the Commitment Act.
