France – Miscellaneous furniture and equipment – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR HAIRDRESSING AND BEAUTY SALONS

Opportunity description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment and furniture for hairdressing and beauty salons for the needs of the Regional Apprentice Training Centres (CFAR) of CMAR PACA. This framework agreement is awarded according to the formalized procedure. This is an open call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services give rise to a single-award framework agreement that is performed through purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum financial value per lot. Purchase orders may be issued until the end of the framework agreement's validity period. The estimated purchase quantities are stated by equipment item in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for each lot, purely for information purposes, and do not constitute a contractual commitment by CMAR PACA to place orders. The services under the framework agreement are divided into three (3) separately awarded lots defined as follows:  Lot 1 Hairdressing salon equipment  Lot 2 Beauty equipment  Lot 3 Hairdressing salon furniture The expected services are described in the Special Technical Specifications. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of its notification. It therefore takes effect from that date. It may be renewed three times for a period of one (1) year.
