Opportunity description

This consultation is launched by the supporting institution of the Drôme Ardèche Vercors Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) in accordance with the provisions of Article R.6132-16 of the Public Health Code. It concerns the Vals de Drôme Inter-Hospital Laundry (BIH) --- Form of the contract This is a composite contract (ordinary contract and framework agreement with purchase orders): - A lump-sum portion (DPGF) concerning the operation of the installations, preventive maintenance and routine servicing (including certain supplies: salt, filters, treatment, electrodes, ionization probes, …) - A framework agreement portion with purchase orders (BPU) for maintenance services outside the lump sum; it is subject to the provisions of Articles R2121-8, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
