GRANDLYON HABITAT wishes to: - Acquire Microsoft licenses and upgrade its existing Microsoft license portfolio - Receive support from a specialized service provider to advise it on its acquisitions and optimize them The scope of the framework agreement covers the entire Microsoft catalog, whether office software or infrastructure licenses. The aforementioned services are covered by a single lot. This contract constitutes: A single-award framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement sets the contractual provisions firmly and will be performed as needs arise through the conclusion and issuance of purchase orders in accordance with the procedures defined in this framework agreement. A mixed-price, adjustable framework agreement will be awarded to a single company or a group. It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 250,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the firm term of ONE (1) year. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will also be renewed.
