France – Miscellaneous special-purpose machinery – SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THERMAL DEHYDRATION SYSTEMS FOR THE TREATMENT OF BIOWASTE FROM CENTRAL CATERING FACILITIES

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition and installation of systems for treating biowaste by thermal dehydration, without the addition of material for bacterial development. These systems are intended for the central kitchens and the 40 distribution sites of the municipality's school canteens. Divided into 4 lots, the services cover the supply of the dehydrator, conveyors and cardboard shredder, its installation by the Supplier's local technical team, the acquisition of biowaste bins and water collection tanks, monitoring and training of municipal staff, as well as maintenance. The framework agreement is "composite". Lots 1 and 2 correspond partly to an ordinary contract (acquisition, installation and preventive maintenance) and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders (corrective maintenance). Lots 3 and 4 correspond to an ordinary contract. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at fixed and unit prices. The estimated amounts correspond to the annual order ceilings for corrective maintenance and are indicative only. Acquisition of a thermal dehydrator with accessories, staff training, preventive and corrective maintenance. Acquisition of an electric cardboard shredder, staff training, preventive and corrective maintenance. Acquisition of 330 three-wheeled biowaste bins with capacities of 120 L and 240 L, divided into 150 units of 120 litres and 180 units of 240 litres.
