The modular building may be new or reconditioned. As part of the urban renewal program for the Dravemont neighborhood, the City of Floirac plans to install a temporary modular building. The purpose of this structure is to accommodate, for the duration of the operation, the services of the “Fabrique Citoyenne” as well as a municipal postal agency. The modular building will remain in operation until the new municipal facility is commissioned, with delivery currently scheduled for 2032. The contract includes optional phases defined in the specifications. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at fixed prices. Lot No. 2 "Modular building'' provides for the rental, installation and maintenance of the modular buildings.
