The purpose of the consultation is: The recording and live, then delayed, broadcasting of all municipal programs. This contract also provides for the integration of subtitles and French Sign Language (LSF) translations into live recordings. Framework agreement with purchase orders, with an annual minimum of €15,000.00 excluding tax and an annual maximum of €80,000.00 excluding tax. Estimated annual amount: €61,594.00 excluding tax.
