Opportunity description

The contract is a framework agreement with subsequent purchase orders awarded by Haute Corrèze Communauté for the acquisition of vehicles and machinery, of all types, new and used. The framework agreement is structured into 13 lots. For each lot, 3 economic operators are selected as Contractors. Each purchase order is subject to systematic reopening of competition between the Contractors of the lot concerned. Lot 1-Light passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles - Internal combustion / Hybrid Lot 2-Light passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles - 100% Electric Lot 3-Minibuses and passenger transport vehicles - 5 to 7 seats Lot 4-Minibuses and passenger transport vehicles - 9 seats and more Lot 5-Vans and large commercial vehicles (GVWR ≤ 3.5 t) - Internal combustion Lot 6-Vans and large commercial vehicles (GVWR ≤ 3.5 t) - Electric Lot 7-Heavy goods vehicles, TPPC and road maintenance vehicles (GVWR > 3.5 t) Lot 8-SUVs, 4x4s and all-terrain vehicles - Internal combustion / Hybrid Lot 9-SUVs and all-terrain vehicles - 100% Electric Lot 10-Nature Sports MOBILITY Lot 11-Motorized machinery - Green spaces and materials handling Lot 12-Light trailers (GVWR ≤ 750 kg) Lot 13-Heavy trailers (GVWR > 750 kg) Procedure: open.
