Opportunity description

The subject matter of the framework agreement comprises the services listed below: - The supply of electricity for all delivery points (PDL) owned or managed by the members of the purchasing group, - The supply of natural gas for all metering and estimation points (PCE) owned or managed by the members of the purchasing group - Access to the public electricity distribution network (ENEDIS or ELD) and its use for the delivery points of the purchasing group under a single contract, - Access to the public natural gas distribution network (GRDF) and its use for the metering and estimation points of the purchasing group, - The role of balance responsible party included in the price of the electricity supply, in accordance with Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code, - Coverage of the obligations associated with capacity guarantees for electricity suppliers, - Coverage of the obligations associated with storage for natural gas suppliers, - Services associated with the supply of electricity and natural gas Lot No. 1 ELECTRICITY - DELIVERY POINTS (PDL) Lot No. 2 GAS - GAS METERING AND ESTIMATION POINTS Procedure: open.
