Responsibility for “waste treatment” has been delegated to the Sud Rhône Environnement (SRE) syndicate for the municipalities of Boulbon, Saint-Pierre-de-Mézoargues and Tarascon. Only “bulky waste” originating from the “non-SRE” municipalities of Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Crau is covered by the services under this framework agreement. This consultation concerns the provision of treatment services for “bulky waste” originating from the waste collection centers located in the municipalities of Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Crau (deliveries to the outlet packaged in 18 to 35 m3 containers, loose or compacted using a “Packmat”-type compactor roller or a mechanical shovel). The order amount for the initial framework agreement and each renewal is limited to 1 000 000,00 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 1 December 2026 or, if notification occurs after that date, from its notification date. It may be tacitly renewed three times, for a period of 12 months per renewal period, for a maximum duration of 48 months, subject to the provisions relating to early renewal set out in the consultation documents Procedure: open.
