Treatment of residual household waste (RHW) This contract concerns the activities for treating part of the SMED's Residual Household Waste (RHW) at one or more treatment sites proposed by the candidate. These services include the receipt, treatment and recovery of waste in accordance with the technical and environmental requirements defined in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). This contract is a single-award framework agreement, concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP). The services will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The contract is concluded without a minimum threshold and with an annual maximum threshold set at twenty-five thousand (25,000) tonnes of Residual Household Waste (RHW) to be treated.
