Non-medicalized secondary medical transport services and user transport services on behalf of the GHRMSA and the Pfastatt Hospital Center Lot No. 1: Non-medicalized secondary transport of seated or lying patients and an accompanying person, excluding emergencies, carried out on behalf of the GHRMSA and the Pfastatt Hospital Center, by ambulance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for intra-hospital and inter-hospital journeys and journeys to private practices departing from the GHRMSA sites in Mulhouse (Hasenrain, Emile Muller, MMPA and MAS), Rixheim, Sierentz, St-Louis (SSR and Emergency Department only), Altkirch, Cernay, Thann, Bitschwiller-lès-Thann and the Pfastatt Hospital Center, for a maximum annual amount of €1,250,000 excluding tax for the GHRMSA and €50,000 excluding tax for the Pfastatt Hospital Center. Lot No. 2: Non-medicalized secondary transport of seated patients and an accompanying person, excluding emergencies, carried out on behalf of the GHRMSA and the Pfastatt Hospital Center, by VSL or Taxi, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for intra-hospital and inter-hospital journeys and journeys to private practices departing from the GHRMSA sites in Mulhouse (Hasenrain, Emile Muller, MMPA and MAS), Rixheim, Sierentz, St-Louis (SSR and Emergency Department only), Altkirch, Cernay, Thann, Bitschwiller-lès Thann and the Pfastatt Hospital Center, for a maximum annual amount of €400,000 excluding tax for the GHRMSA and €100,000 excluding tax for the Pfastatt Hospital Center.
