Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work clothing for personnel employed by the Bourgogne – Franche-Comté Territorial Directorate. The 22 lots are described in Annex 1, “List of lots”. The almost identical wording of certain lots is explained by the shared nature of this contract, which covers the needs of the territorial agencies and the studies and works agency, which differ in terms of specific uses and characteristics. The performance of this contract is governed by the General Purchasing Terms and Conditions for routine supplies and services contracts (CCAG-FCS) in its latest version in force – Order of 30 March 2021. High-performance rain jacket and rain trousers for forest environments. Waterproof chaps reinforced against abrasion and brambles. HV softshell jackets and short- and long-sleeved HV T-shirts with ONF customization. Fluorescent orange HV vests with ONF customization. Clear, low-light and sunglasses for forest environments. Reusable half-mask and A1P2 filters for protection against paint aerosols. Red work T-shirt with screen-printed ONF logo. Reinforced work trousers for intensive forestry use. This lot includes all non-PPE work clothing for forestry worker personnel, including in particular a jacket, softshell-type jacket, fleece, vest, sweater, shirt, T-shirt, work trousers, double-zip coveralls, socks, caps, and accessories such as a backpack, gaiters, belt, beanie, … as well as laboratory coats for female personnel.
