France – Office furniture – Purchases of adapted furniture items for La Poste sites

Through this consultation, La Poste wishes to select service providers capable of supplying new and reconditioned furniture comprising adjustment, accessibility and individualized adaptation solutions. The service will cover advice, delivery, assembly, adjustment, familiarization with the furniture and removal of furniture (chairs, desks, storage units, lighting fixtures, accessories) at La Poste premises as well as at the homes of employees working remotely in mainland France, Corsica and the Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM). The beneficiaries of this furniture will be employees recognized as having a disability. This furniture must be produced in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions and La Poste’s CSR and compliance requirements. The contract is not divided into lots. The processing of La Poste’s personal data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must imperatively be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Union. La Poste is seeking service providers capable of providing advice, supply, delivery, assembly, adjustment, familiarization with the furniture, removal of adapted furniture (new and reconditioned) and workstation adaptation accessories in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions. The Service Provider will also provide maintenance and after-sales service for said equipment. The furniture will be delivered and adapted to users’ needs at all La Poste sites, but also at the homes of employees working remotely, in mainland France, Corsica, and the Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM). The projected average annual number of workstation adaptations is 400. This figure is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste. Tenderers must propose both two catalogs of new adapted furniture (most frequently ordered furniture and other ranges) as well as an offer of reconditioned furniture. The envisaged number of successful tenderers for this lot is: 2. During performance of the contract and when a need arises, the successful tenderers will be put into competition according to the following procedures: - for each order with an amount less than or equal to €600, an order will be sent to one of the two successful tenderers on the basis of the negotiated prices - for each order exceeding €600, a systematic competition will be organized between the two Successful Tenderers. The Successful Tenderer whose offer is deemed the most economically advantageous with regard to the following criteria below will be designated as the Successful Tenderer for the order: - Technical suitability of the offer to La Poste’s needs, - Suitability of the delivery and installation time frame, - Price. The weightings of the criteria will be indicated in the competition documents. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is set at 2,600,000 euros excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods. The amount of projected annual expenditure is estimated at €400,000 per year over the duration of the contract.
