France – Office, school and office equipment cleaning services – CLEANING OF PREMISES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD ESTABLISHMENTS

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services in early childhood establishments. It is subject to the Public Procurement Code, referred to by the term “the Code”. Classified as a services contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG “Routine Supplies and Services” approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. It is awarded under the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It is awarded to a single contractor for a maximum duration of three years, including renewals. The procurement procedure is organized by the City of Levallois, coordinator of the purchasing group formed with the Levallois Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS). Recurring services will be remunerated at an overall fixed price, according to the amount proposed by the contractor, which will be added to the amounts for ad hoc services, remunerated through the issuance of purchase orders as and when needs arise Procedure: open.
