The Public Service Concession will cover the design, financing, construction, marketing and operation of the future network within an area spanning the municipalities of Gallargues and Aigues-Vives, including in particular the ZAC Cap Gallargues, the ZAC Pôle actif and Claude Chappe secondary school. The Concessionaire’s principal tasks, undertaken at its own risk, will be: - The design, financing and construction of all heat and cooling production facilities for the future service, as well as the network and connections intended to serve future subscribers; - Marketing of the network; - Operation of the network (in particular its GER) - Commercial management Estimated value: 13,000,000 EUR.
